PHYSICAL CONDITION: Very Good - Some wear on the edges but for the most part in terrific shape. No major blemishes on the working surfaces. All hardware is intact, save for the left-side slide-out tray which is missing but the rails are still present so it's an easy thing to add a tray should you need or want one in the future. The right-side tray is in great shape and slides effortlessly. Overall condition is very good.

WORKING CONDITION: Excellent - Well-balanced and built quite sturdy with a nice professional feel to it. Hardware and parts are all intact and work perfectly. Slide-out tray does as well. Overall working condition is excellent.
