This Doric is a great sounding, offbeat '60s organ comparable to, but unique from Vox and Farfisa contemporaries. In addition to the typical reedy transistor tones, there's an octave joiner to give it a fuller, bigger sound, and an adjustable vibrato effect. Bass section rounds out the feature set. This organ was serviced by Jun at Main Drag in New York many years back. There are several keys that spit out some pretty wild oscillations or noise with the note so I'd say it's ready for a another cleaning and touch up; I'm swamped with to-do projects and out of room for them! It's a great sounding organ, a great looking instrument, and a great alternative to the more common Italian organs. It is large and heavy, local pickup is an option in DC or NYC. Leatherette lid included.
