Briechle Custom Drums 14x6 1880's Heirloom Rosewood Snare
The wood in this shell comes from an American Marqueter's collection and dates to the 1880's. The inside and outside of the shell are comprised of old growth Brazilian Rosewood, East Indian Rosewood, Kingwood, Cocobolo and Pau Ferro, all cut into veneer by hand over 100 years ago. This drum is truly one of a kind and can never be made again.

All of our premium drum shells are hand laminated right here in Denver, Colorado in our very own high pressure molds. All of our drums are guaranteed for life against any issues in craftsmanship period, no disclaimers, no fine print. This shell will be finished out to your specifications, in your choice of hardware, heads, beds and bearing edges.

This drum has been built from the inside out to be extremely complex with minimal overtones and an utmost attention to sensitivity and dynamic articulation. If you find yourself needing a master-of-all-trades this is the one.

The shell has been finished in a pine rosin and gum turp blend akin to fine furniture of the 1880's it has a deep dark shine that will last for generations

The rosewood in this drum prohibits shipment outside of the lower 48 states. Also As the drum is being built to your spec it cannot be returned once drilled or cut.
