This is a very popular set of professional headphones! AKG Q701, Quincy Jones Signature Series.
This is the black version.
They're in very good shape. The cable could be cleaned a bit, but the headphones themselves are excellent! Original packaging is tattered but included, and the cable has the 1/4" adaptor included, so you can use these with consumer or professional gear!
These are very expensive new, so if you're looking for a deal, this is it!
