This is Entwistle's take on the classic Alnico single coil pickup, utilizing their proprietary winding technique. Starting with staggered Alnico V poles and a fibre board bobbin structure, they scatter wind the coil directly to the magnet core, resulting in a pickup that catches all of the vintage characteristics, nuances and subtleties of the originals.
