The top of the line KM-1500 mandolin from Kentucky/Saga instruments. I am not sure of the manufacture date or country but I have provided the serial number so you can research it: serial number B 7.1. 02.
Mandolin plays great and is powerful. Tuners work well and are gold plated. Cast tailpiece is gold plated as well with what appears to be a 1/4” jack for the endpin. The pickup has not been tested and I don’t know if it works. Fretboard extension has been scooped for improved playability. Moderate amount of play wear with swirls, light scratches and pick marks but nothing serious. Very high quality instrument with premium looks and tone. Comes with a Superior case.
