Up for sale is my Soldano X88-IR in excellent/near mint condition. I purchased it 2 months ago, but there are no visible signs of wear and tear, and it runs perfectly.

The X88-IR is the modern evolution of the legendary X88R — the purple preamp that lived in the racks of Steve Lukather, Michael Landau, and countless studio heavyweights throughout the late '80s and '90s. Mike Soldano brought it into the 21st century with all the modern features you'd want while keeping that unmistakable Soldano tone fully intact.

What you get:
* Three independent channels (Clean, Crunch, Overdrive) each with dedicated Preamp Level, 3-band EQ, Output Level, and Bright switch
* Channel 1 offers Normal and Altered modes; Channels 2 & 3 add selectable Crunch/Overdrive modes plus Fat switches
* 5 x 12AX7 tubes
* 6 onboard IR slots, assignable per channel/mode (or fully bypassable)
* AI-generated power amp simulation modeled on a 120W 6L6 power section
* Full MIDI control with 128 user presets
* Soldano Editor Software for IR management, HP/LP filters, depth and presence controls
* USB, stereo XLR outs, 1/4" main outs, headphone out, serial effects loop, phantom power, ground lift
* 2U rack mount, only 4.5 kg

This thing covers everything from sparkling Fender-style cleans to thick, saturated high-gain — and it does it all with that signature Soldano clarity and dynamics that no modeler has ever quite nailed.

Ships in original packaging with power supply and USB cable. I only ship to the continental United States. Item will be insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Sold as is – no refunds or returns.
