Premier heavy rock nine brass / birch snare. 9”x14”. Great, unique tone with the birch inner lining in the heavy brass shell.
Overall good condition with a few quirks. The throwoff holds tension but is a little loose (see video). I used a bungee cord (pictured) but it should be an easy fix if you know what you’re doing (I don’t). It’s a really weird throwoff (it has a solid piece of wood that moves up and down inside the shell) so be warned.
Also could use a new snare wire. It’s a specific model for this throwoff, you gotta order from Premier in England which is a little annoying, it’s like $50 with shipping.
It’s in overall good cosmetic shape with a few minor blemishes (pictured).
These are rare and seem to go for 800-1000 when they pop up; I think 660 is a fair price with the throwoff and snare wire issues, but I’m open to offers.
