Keytone Amplification Tumbleweed - Walnut Natural

Your looking at a 15 watt Keystone Tumbleweed Handwired Head. I heard about the amp company from a band called The Filthy Heathens and had to go down the rabbit hole. I purchased this amp from the original owner who used it on a recording project and decided to sell it. I have had it for a few months and planned on never selling it. Well we know how that goes if your a gear nerd. Amp is in mint condition and the wood is gorgeous and sounds killer. The attention to detail is unreal. Hand oiled walnut. It’s a piece of art really. Low hours on the tubes. With a Celestion Blue or a G12 30 watt speaker it’s ridiculous. I recently got an opportunity to buy another vintage amp I’m wanting to try and something has to go. Below is the description from Keytone. Check out his site for more info. These pics are the ones from the guy who built it. Nothing has changed. It’s absolutely mint. Will not be disappointed and it comes with a nice Keytone cover.

The KEYTONE TUMBLEWEED is a high-quality hand-wired point-to-point amplifier. It's a derivative of the tweed 5E3 circuit that has been optimized to be pedal friendly. This is done by taming the flubby low-end typically associated with this amp.

Because of this, the Tumbleweed responds to overdrives, delays, and reverbs beautifully and has increased clean headroom!

Also included on all Tumbleweed amps is a plexi-voiced, bright channel. This channel loves humbucker equipped guitars as well as offers all the bite and spank you could want with single coil pickups.

Do you need to have full control over your output volume for quiet or small venues? Not a problem.

The Tumbleweed has an excellent master volume control!

But don't think that this amp is only meant for small venues and quiet gigs... it can, for sure, hang with a loud band.
