ART T8 – Eight-Channel Transformer/Isolator

In perfect working order. Cosmetically it’s in good used condition. The front and rear panels are clean, but there are light scuffs and marks on the top panel and a couple of small paint chips on the edge of one rack ear (see photos). Made in August 2018.

It’s fully passive and uses eight isolation transformers to separate the grounds between two pieces of gear. That gets rid of hum and ground-loop noise without changing your signal. It’s ideal as a clean patch point between interfaces, mixers, outboard and PA systems.

Included: the original box.

There are 8 channels in 1U, each with XLR, 1/4" TRS and RCA inputs and outputs, so it can convert between any of those formats. The transformers run at 1:1 unity gain with a flat 10Hz–50kHz response. It needs no power and has rotatable rack ears.

Any questions, just ask.
