This has a production number in the 750's, and the very earliest ones had that 2-prong power cord with a slot in the side of the enclosure. Except for the outer side of the bottom plate, this is in excellent shape. It needed a re-cap it, and the LFO chip was dead. Put in an opamp of that era (1975) and replaced the LFO tantalum caps. Now it works perfectly and really sounds stunning - very deep and lush flanging cycle.
