------------------------------
Founded in 1919, KIWAYA is a globally recognized ukulele company. KIWAYA is a Japanese-made ukulele brand launched in 2015, bearing the company's name. Initially, only two concert models were available, one in Hawaiian koa and the other in mahogany. However, the lineup has since expanded, now including custom models using high-grade materials and featuring elaborate decorations, as well as other sizes. This particular instrument is the most standard mahogany concert model. It features a slightly thicker neck and slightly thicker original frets. Even with gentle pressure, it produces a firm and stable sound. The responsiveness characteristic of mahogany contributes to its excellent balance. It comes standard with "KIWAYA KBM" ukulele strings, jointly developed by Worth and KIWAYA. This ensures reliable craftsmanship, typical of Japanese-made instruments. A strap pin is also installed at the body end for easy strap attachment and removal.
