This case is essentially BRAND NEW. It has been in our store for a few years and has not sold. I have tried to include as many images as possible to show you that it is in new condition. This case normally sells for over $300!
This oblong Hill-style interior viola case is finished with Cordura Nylon Grade A that withstands tears, scuffs, and abrasions. The lightweight foam shell is reinforced with wood backing in critical hardware points, offering both portability and durability. Fits a 15" - 16" viola.
The case includes:
- Cordura covering
- Backpack straps
- Holds up to 4 bows
- Built-in Hygrometer
- Plastic tube to store extra strings
- Interior compartment to store rosin, etc
- Exterior zipper pocket that is the height and width of the case
- Nice matching instrument pad to cover the instrument in the case
- Extra padding that matches the interior to help shore-up slightly smaller violas
- Leather straps to tie in the instrument at the fingerboard
- Free rosin and cedar ball to repell mites
