Malletech Albright Stefon Harris Vibraphone Mallets - Hard - SHA-H - New, Unused

A pair of new Malletech Albright (Stefon Harris Series) vibraphone mallets. Model SHA-H (Hard).

The Malletech Albrights are the finest USA-made mallets currently available. This line is a modern recreation of the original Fred Albright mallets famously used by Milt Jackson, with larger heads, perfect for wide-bar vibes (though they work very well on non-graduated and traveler vibraphones, too). They are very similar to original Albrights -- plus, Stefon Harris has made the handles slightly longer, so it is even possible to play with 4 mallets, if needed. These are the "hard" level of hardness, so this pair is somewhat lighter than the medium and soft varieties (and a bit lighter than my original Albrights).

This pair is new and unused. I decided that I didn't need an extra pair, and they've been in my garage for about 7 years (and, therefore the lettering is starting to fade a bit on the handles, and there is also some dust on the heads, which I haven't cleaned off, in order to keep it untouched). The condition, and lack of wear, can be seen in the photos. Original travel pouch is included.
