My friend who ran a successful studio gave this too me, i'm not using it much so i'd rather have someone else take it off my hands! Great compressor though, if you don't want to spend 4k on a TUBETECH , this'll be an affordable option. It can give you a clean optical sound + add gritt with the tube AND its GREEN, who can beat that??!!!

• Triple Optoelectronic Circuit: Combines three distinct compression curves and response behaviors into a single unit. [1]
• Three Speed Settings:
• • Slow: Functions like a smooth broadcast-style level-control limiter.
  • Normal: Closely emulates the classic speed and behavior of a vintage Teletronix LA-2A.
  • Fast: Delivers a much snappier, aggressive response reminiscent of an all-button 1176. [1]
• Transformers & Gain Stage: Features custom Cinemag input and output transformers paired with a Class-A tube gain stage for rich harmonics and saturation. [1]
• Physical Format: Occupies a double-wide (2-slot) 500 series footprint. [1]

• Vocals: Smooths out uneven dynamics, adds intimate front-and-center presence, and naturally controls harsh top-end frequencies. [1, 2]
• Bass Guitar: Fills out the low-mid and low-end weight while evening out inconsistent notes. [1]
• Drums: Can go from gentle glue to aggressive, punchy crunch depending on the selected speed. [1, 2]
