Snell K7 bookshelf speakers (pair) rare especially in cherry

The Snell K7 bookshelf speakers are a compact, vented bass-reflex two-way system measuring 12 inches high, 7 inches wide, and 10.5 inches deep, and weighing approximately 17lbs each. Each speaker features a 1-inch SEAS TOTL silk-dome tweeter paired with a 5.25-inch treated-paper SEAS TOTL woofer/midrange, operating with a crossover frequency of 2.5 kHz. Designed with a nominal impedance of 8 ohms, an 87 dB sensitivity (at 1W/1m), and a recommended amplifier power range of 50 to 150 watts (safely running down from 15W clean power), they include a rear-firing port. The cabinet is constructed from hardwood veneer over 5/8-inch MDF panels with a radiused Cherry MDF baffle, 1/4-inch anodized black aluminum top and bottom end caps, and a perforated steel grille. Additional features include bi-wire/bi-amp capability via 5-way satin nickel-plated brass terminals and a rear boundary compensation switch ("Normal" for free-standing placement or "Boundary" for near-wall/shelf placement. These are the best small monitors I have heard to date. They best Spendor, Morel, Dynaudio,and similar priced speakers I have owned through the years. For being just below 12" tall they sound huge with an expensive soundstage not only wide but with serious depth. Pinpoint imaging. They blend beautifully with my RSL subs but also sound fabulous in full range without subs on direct mode from my Sony ES CD player. Truly fabulous speakers. Solid very inert cabinets you can read more about if you research. 0 resonance performaning knock test. They use top of the line Seas drivers. The bass quality is as good as it gets. Detailed yet non fatiguing highs from the silk dome. Can listen for hours without fatigue. A truly special small monitor that is capable of giving you the chills in every listening session.....
