This is a late 1960s Pearl "Frontier" model drum set in excellent condition. Gold script logo badges on bass drum and toms. The snare has a different Pearl badge. The drums have all original heads except for the snare drum batter head that I replaced. This is a super clean kit that has been played sparingly. Mahogany shells. Chrome is nice, the finish vibrant. No extra holes. The only flaw at all is around some of the lugs where the wrap has shrunk slightly. Not noticeable unless you are really looking for it. The black diamond finish makes it hard to notice.
Other than that, this set is like a time capsule. The original hardware is all there, just like in the catalog. The bass drum and toms have soft, period correct cases.
This kit was originally purchased overseas and shipped here by the person I bought them from in the early '70s.
Sizes are: (depth x diameter) 14x20 .. 9x13 .. 16x16 and a 5.5x14 ten lug snare.
