I'll start by saying, the new versions are def cool, but not even close in raw tone. The original is still the real deal. These are quirky, cool synths... the best of Japanese Filters for sure. Gritty, gnarly and more. Two OSCs of sweet tone. Notice there is no screw on the VCA section panel.. this is an original 35 filter version.. known to be much more aggressive in tone and much rarer than the later filters : ) Has USA 117v power.. not 100 : )

This classic synth is in great functional condition. No operational issues. its in great workable condition.

Also included in sale is a Kenton Pro Solo Midi-CV converter and all necessary cabling for hookup. Kenton Pro Solo has a special ms-20 mode for its weird CV voltage scaling. also the kenton ms-20 mode gives you pitch bend and mod wheel from your master midi keyboard! most analog synth and cv converters do not do this. Also kenton gives you another LFO cable-patchabble to the ms-20 and more tricks up its sleeve that greatly expand the original ms-20 experience.
