This Martin 2006 D-28 in natural is in very good condition.  The guitar has been played and loved, and it sounds better for it!  A nice refret was performed before the guitar's arrival here, thus the lack of fretwear versus overall guitar wear.  The guitar plays perfectly and set up nicely with good saddle height.

It has a spruce top, rosewood back and sides, a mahogany neck with a modified low oval profile, and a rosewood fretboard. A Fishman Ellipse Blend pickup system was added, and it comes with its original case.  There is a crack in the top of the case.

There is finish checking on the top, a few dings, and some more significant wear through the finish on the back at the edge of the lower bout. A top seam separation was professionally repaired some time ago, and it is stable and cleanly secured. Please see the pics.
