Up for grabs is a rare 1983 Squier SQ Stratocaster neck with a dark rosewood fretboard. The frets are in good shape with about 80% life remaining. This neck has normal bumps and bruises from use over the past 43 years but still plays great! There are a few hairline cracks on the back of the headstock that have been present for years and have not moved. They do not go all the way through the headstock and have been stabilized for good measure. it has never given myself or the previous owner of many years a problem. It’s just a chance to get a golden era MIJ Stratocaster neck for less! Only reason I’m selling is because I have moved to fatter neck profiles.
