The J-50 is essentially the same guitar as the iconic J-45 but with a natural instead of sunburst finish. As such, the changes in specifications between the two models have been more or less identical through their history. This 1948 Gibson J-50 has seen some life. Feather weight light and wonderfully resonant. It has been refinished. A neck reset has been done. Refretted and with new nut and saddle.
If you're looking for a vintage J-50 in players condition, this is it.
