This is a beautiful 2024 Martin 00-18 (Serial 2931211) that deserves more playing time than it gets with me. I mostly play electric, and this guitar ended up in its case more than I expected when I bought it. It’s a fantastic instrument and I’d love for it to go to someone who will actually play it.

You really have to hear this guitar. The first time I picked it up in the store it clicked with me right away. It has that classic Martin voice: clear, balanced, and articulate, with a lot of warmth for its size. The 00 body is comfortable on the couch or the porch, and it still has plenty of volume and projection. It works equally well for fingerstyle and strumming.

Condition: Very Good, barely played. It has always been stored in its case in a smoke-free home. There is one small cosmetic blemish, described below.

Blemish: While wearing the guitar I once bumped it against my desk, which left a very small ding on the very bottom of the body. It’s so small it was hard to photograph, and it’s barely noticeable in person. It doesn’t appear to have gone through the finish. It has never affected playability or sound, and it has never bothered me, but the price reflects it. Please see the close-up photo.

Shipping: It will be packed carefully and shipped in its hardshell case inside a box.
