Very rare Spectral DMA-100 Class-A Dual Balanced Mhz Power Amplifier
If you know, you know. If you are looking at this, then you know what you are looking at.

Incredible feat of engineering... Dual Balanced 100 watt amplifiers that have a range to 1Mhz. This means that the positive terminal and negative terminal of the speaker jack has active signal, like a bridged amplifier - One side non-inverting, the other inverting. There are four discrete amplifiers in the box for the balanced stereo. There is no high current tap on the power transformer since there is no current flowing into common-ground. The advantage to this is that power supply noise is completely nulled out.   

The 1Mhz bandwidth allows excellent transient response and reproduction of 96Khz content.  But it requires very careful attention to speaker wiring - you must use low capacitance cables or MTI Network cables.  Read up on this before making this purchase. 

Unit is in great condition. It has seen very few hours as evidenced by the low level of dust found inside of this forced-air cooled amp. I'm used to opening up fan cooled amps and blowing out mountains of dust. Not on this one. Examine the photos. 100% original inside EXCEPT that the EL light behind the logo had burned out. So installed a set of standard fuse-style LED lights. This minor mod is totally reversable if the new owner wants to source an EL panel and install that.

The case has a few dings and scratches, I've highlighted the worst one on the top edge of faceplate. Otherwise, it looks great. It has been bench tested under properly controlled conditions and is running flawlessly. No noise, no buzz, heating up properly, sound is crisp and airy.

If you don't, do your research and buy the manual for it. Because of the age and fragility, It sold with no warranty or guarantee... Absolutely No returns, No refunds. It is leaving my possession in perfect working order. You MUST follow the instructions on how to connect it up or you risk damaging it. NO RETURNS NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER.
