This guitar has been well cared for and lightly played, with under 500 hours on it. The only cosmetic wear is some light pick scrape on the pickguard. There are no cracks, and the body, top, and neck are clean. It has always been kept in its humidity-controlled case, which is included, so the wood is stable and healthy. The factory Fishman pickup works like new and is ready to plug in and play. The action is 3mm at the 12th fret on the low E, and a standard setup can lower it if you prefer.
