JHS Notadümblë V1, Own a Piece of JHS History (Assembled DIY Kit, Discontinued)

This is the one with the best story in the JHS lineup. The Notadumble V1 packed two coveted Dumble-universe sounds into a single solderless kit: a boutique Dumble-style overdrive voiced for the lead tones associated with Larry Carlton, Eric Johnson, and Robben Ford, plus a clean channel.

Then came the famous mistake. A week after the May 2025 launch, Josh Scott realized the clean side wasn't the circuit he intended. He'd accidentally loaded a completely different Dumble preamp, the BBC-1, that he'd reverse-engineered for John Mayer back in 2019 and forgotten about. JHS owned the error publicly, sold through the run of 15,000, and discontinued the V1 within about two weeks. The twist: players loved the "wrong" circuit so much that JHS later released it on its own as The Fumble. So this V1 holds both the boutique overdrive and the now-famous BBC-1 clean circuit, in the original discontinued form.

Built by me and my kids from the kit. A genuine, discontinued footnote in JHS history that you can't buy new anymore.
