Selling a barely played but customized EVH Striped Series Franky in the black/yellow "bee" style. I have added the reflectors, quarter, upgraded the 5 way switch in the middle pickup area to a more relic'd and better looking one than what it came with, and added distressed eye bolts (original hardware will be shipped in the case). Plays great with low action. Just making room for others and thinning things out in my guitar room.

Willing to listen to reasonable offers. Not interested in trades. Will only ship to the CONUS.

From EVH:
Sporting a painted, heavily distressed, Bumblebee-inspired finish, the EVH limited edition Striped Series Frankenstein Frankie pays tribute to Edward Van Halen’s most recognizable axe, updated with the features modern guitarists crave. This solidbody electric guitar is built from a solid chunk of basswood, providing you with a growling acoustic foundation with razor-sharp mids that can cut through a manic rhythm section with ease. A direct-mount Wolfgang bridge humbucker nails Eddie’s classic tone, especially when you use it to push a British-voiced amp, and is further bolstered by a single-coil neck pickup activated via the push-pull knob. The Striped Series Frankenstein Frankie includes a comfortable quarter-sawn maple neck and fast-playing compound-radius fingerboard, and its decked, D-Tuna-equipped Floyd Rose lets you mimic Eddie’s signature trem work with ease, along with giving you instant access to Drop D tuning. Moreover, this shredder is armed to the teeth with classic Van Halen aesthetics, including a 5-way blade selector switch wedged into the middle position, a skirted Strat-style volume knob that reads "Tone," and a custom pickguard. A must-have for every Van Halen aficionado, the Striped Series Frankenstein Frankie will equip you to jump into high-performance pyrotechnics that feel like a true fair warning to lesser guitars.
