The Collings 'I-35 DELUXE', which reigns supreme in the high-end electric guitar market, especially in the semi-acoustic field, thanks to its world-class manufacturing precision and thorough quality control, has arrived! This particular instrument has had its original ivoroid escutcheon preventively replaced with a more durable and stable plastic escutcheon to avoid the risk of oxidation and corrosion to metal parts and strings, as oxidation (outgassing) characteristic of aging was observed in this model (the original part is also included). By combining the highest grade maple top with Collings' unique, meticulously constructed semi-hollow mahogany body, it brilliantly achieves both overwhelming resolution and rich harmonic content that defies the conventional wisdom of semi-acoustic guitars. This is a supreme finish that allows you to experience the finest tone, with a perfect balance of respect for the traditional aesthetics of semi-acoustic guitars and the highest level of modern craftsmanship.

Overall, there are scratches, small dents, and tarnishing and rust on the metal parts. There are several touch-up marks on dents near the jack on the side of the body. The truss rod is functioning well, with ample adjustment range in both forward and reverse directions. The neck has been adjusted with the truss rod, and although there is some slight variation in fret height due to minor warping of the fretboard, it is almost perfectly straight. There is slight wear on the frets, but there is still plenty of height remaining, and it does not affect playability.
