RODERICH PAESOLD ** Cello Bow (PA366C-R), 4/4, Germany - Fine Pernambuco, Ebony, Sterling Silver, 82g

"Two-star" Master cello bow from Roderich Paesold, Germany, handcrafted "at bench" by one of the company's top bowmakers from fine Pernambuco and mounted in Sterling silver. This model typically retails brand new in the $2,200-$2,500 range.

Made during the late 2010, this bow is in excellent, gently used condition. There are no cracks, repairs, or visible blemishes. The thumb leather is original and shows no noticeable wear. The hair is ample.

The bow combines strengths and elasticity, yielding excellent bounce, even draw from tip to frog, and a rich, warm tone. 

The bow comes with a case, which is in excellent condition.

Frog: premium Ebony frog full-lined in Sterling silver; abalone (Awabi) slide and large Parisian eye; full-lined in Sterling silver.
Thumb material: chevreaux leather.
Winding: Sterling silver wire.
Button: three-part Sterling silver button, decorated with an abalone (Awabi) eye.
Tip facing: mammoth.
Hair: natural white Mongolian horsehair.
