Pendletone Effects First Order Distortion 2026 - Orange

Pendletone Effects First Order Distortion – Orange

First Order Distortion delivers classic DS-1-style distortion with three familiar controls and a straightforward purpose: plug in, dial it in, and play.

No frills or secret settings. Just tried-and-true distortion in a compact orange enclosure, with black and silver knobs and a green LED.

Controls

• Tone: Adjusts the brightness.
• Dist: Sets the amount of distortion.
• Level: Adjusts the output volume.

The builder’s starting point

Set Tone around 10 o’clock, Distortion around 2–3 o’clock, and Level to taste. That’s Chris’s preferred setting and a useful place to start exploring with your own guitar and amp.
