Here you have a beautiful and rare Vox AC30 chassis. The chassis is from the end of 1961 or the beginning of 1962. Wonderful and dynamic Rock sound!! From the time when the Beatles and the Stones started their phenomenal music career. This means the chassis is truly very rare.
Potentiometer date code is from June 1961 (FI), a 25/25 uf capacitor shows YIW (January 1961), a blue 32uF capacitor on the bottom shows WDW (April 1961). The chassis has the typicial "phantom" cut-out near the GZ34, what is typical for these AC30's from 61/62.
The chassis has Haddon transformers, input and output - both original. The chassis is in good condition and working.
The offer is without tubes. Please be aware that the chassis is hard-wired to 240V at the moment. This was done for safety reasons. If you would need a different voltage, all original voltages are available through the original MT. But you would need a technician to solder the right wire.

The chassis was part of my private collection and sadly I would have to let it go.
If you are looking for this, I have also the right wooden head cabinet to the chassis. The cabinet got new JMI tolex, but still has the original grill cloth - the cabinet is of fair quality. Please ask for a price.
