Gibson Custom 1960 Hummingbird Light Aged - Heritage Cherry Sunburst (Pre-Owned)

The Gibson Custom 1960 Hummingbird Light Aged in Heritage Cherry Sunburst captures the spirit and sound of the groundbreaking original. As Gibson's first square-shoulder acoustic, the Hummingbird™ debuted in 1960 and quickly became a favorite among influential musicians of the era. This Custom Shop reissue stays true to its roots with a thermally aged Sitka spruce top, offering enhanced tonal warmth and responsiveness. Paired with mahogany back and sides, it delivers the balanced, resonant voice that made the Hummingbird a legend.

Finished with Light Aging by the Murphy Lab, this guitar radiates vintage charm with a hand-applied patina and lightly aged hardware, simulating decades of natural wear. The Heritage Cherry Sunburst finish highlights the iconic square-shoulder shape and distinctive pickguard artwork, making it as visually stunning as it is sonically rich. Whether strummed or fingerpicked, the 1960 Hummingbird Light Aged offers an unparalleled blend of authenticity, style, and performance.
