MESA/Boogie TransAtlantic TA-15 25-watt, two-channel amplifier head in excellent condition, moderately played and well-maintained in a smoke-free, clean studio environment. I love this amp for its do-it-all versatility and wide tone palette, ability to go from bedroom quiet to ear-pounding with the flick of a wattage switch and crank of the volume dial, and friendly portability to grab-and-go like a 12-pound lunchbox. Oh, and it looks really cool too. This hard-to-find workhorse is one of the great shapeshifters from MESA/Boogie and can do snappy clean, chimey British buzzsaw, and tweedy American grind to classic MESA high-gain saturation, all with outstanding replication. It's in clean shape save for some light scratches and oxidation on the aluminum casing (I did my best to show them in the photos). Comes with a sturdy carrying bag, footswitch with cord, manual, and two new pre-amp tubes (approx. $50 value). Compared to the bigger sibling TA-30, the TA-15 is a markedly lighter, exceptional bargain that punches above its weight in every way.
