I bought this Martin new in 2021 and it has been case kept since. It is a great feeling, playing and sounding guitar that is still setup the same way as it was when it left the plant. It has been played by me only, in my smoke free home. I keep my guitars in a climate controlled room as well. There are some signs of playwear on the pickguard, but no major issues cosmetically or structurally. Action is between 3 and 4/64ths at the 12th fret. Specs from Martin are below:
