Ashdown Electric Blue 180 EB 12-180 Bass Combo - Very Good Condition

A powerful and well-equipped bass combo from Ashdown, the Electric Blue 180 packs 180 watts of output into a relatively compact 1x12 format, with plenty of onboard tone shaping and connectivity for rehearsals, recording and smaller live setups.

The front panel follows Ashdown's familiar layout, with separate High and Low instrument inputs, an illuminated VU input meter and a five-band EQ covering Bass, 220Hz, Middle, 1.6kHz and Treble. Deep and Bright switches provide some quick additional shaping, while the EQ itself can also be switched in and out.

One of the more distinctive features is Ashdown's Sub-Harmonics section, which generates additional low-frequency content beneath the original signal, with its own level control and bypass switch. There's also a front-mounted balanced DI output, effects send and return, and a tuner/line output, making this a versatile amp both on stage and in the studio.

The rear panel provides extension speaker connectivity, with the amplifier rated at 180 watts RMS and 300 watts peak.

This example is in Very Good condition and is fully functional. There are some light cosmetic signs of previous use, including a few small marks on the blue control panel and general wear to the carpet covering, but nothing that affects the operation of the amplifier. Please see the photographs for the best representation of its condition.
