Vintage 1970s Alvarez "Seahorse Deluxe" 5-string resonator banjo, made in Japan during the golden era of Japanese instrument manufacturing.
This model features the iconic "Seahorse" and "Deluxe" engraved truss rod cover, a gorgeous rosewood headstock veneer, and classic pearloid "bow-tie" fretboard inlays.
Cosmetics: Good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age.
• Neck & Frets: The neck is straight, and the frets have plenty of life left.
• Hardware: All original hardware appears intact. The head is tight and intact. Sold as is.
