Vintage Pearl Steel Shell 10 Lug Snare Drum

Front of drum has a sticker from Hamilton Band Instrument Company in Anniston, AL. Could be removed, but I thought it added character, so I left it.
This is a Chrome over Steel 14" x 5.5" snare from the 80s-90s. It is considered a "durable workhorse" and was sold with Pearl Export and World Series Kits. It was also used in schools for music education.
This Pearl Snare has great sound and excellent projection!
For it's age, it is in very good condition with all original parts. It does have some pitting on the rims, they have been cleaned and treated. The Throw-off, Butt Plate, and 20 Strand Snare Wires are all PEARL Branded and original to the Snare. There is an internal dampner that works perfectly. There is an unbranded clear snare side head and an unbranded coated batter side head, both in great shape.
If you are looking for a great sounding snare drum that is known for longevity and durability, you cannot go wrong with this one.
