Zildjian 19" Z Custom Projection Crash - 2284g - Discontinued - Good Condition

The Zildjian 19" Z Custom Projection Crash is a discontinued heavyweight crash from the classic Z Custom era, designed for maximum volume, cut, and projection.

At a substantial 2284g, this example has the powerful, explosive character these older Z Customs are known for. It is particularly well suited for rock, metal, punk, and other high-volume situations where a thinner crash can get buried in the mix.

Weight: 2284g

Condition: Good / Structurally Sound

• Structurally intact and fully playable
• No repairs
• Areas of heavier oxidation and patina
• Normal stick marks and player wear
• Some cosmetic roughness along portions of the edge
• Logos remain well preserved
• No significant deformation or structural concerns

The oxidation and cosmetic edge wear are the primary reasons I am conservatively grading this cymbal Good.

This is a used, discontinued cymbal, so please review all photos carefully, particularly the edge and areas of heavier oxidation, as they show the exact cosmetic condition.

Sonic Splice Notes

This is a seriously heavy 19" crash at 2284g. It has the aggressive attack, strong projection, and cutting high-frequency presence that made the older Z Custom series popular with hard rock and metal players.

The Projection version is less commonly encountered than the standard Z Custom Crash and was built specifically to deliver additional power and presence in loud mixes.

Cosmetically, this cymbal clearly shows its age and use, but the structure remains intact, the logos are still well preserved, and it retains the unmistakable heavyweight Z Custom character.
