A revered cult classic in the budget amp market. While initially designed as a starter amp, it has gained a massive following among tone chasers and collectors for its surprisingly aggressive, chainsaw-like high-gain distortion and bombastic US-built reliability.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The black tolex, silver-stripe control panel, and grille cloth are exceptionally clean, and all knobs, switches, and inputs are fully tested and working properly.
Nostalgia: The quintessential 1990s bedroom practice amp. For generations of guitar players, a Peavey Rage was the very first amp they learned power chords on, evoking pure 90s rock and grunge nostalgia.
