Epiphone describes the guitar as a recreation of the rare vintage classic, made in partnership with the Gibson Custom Shop. Its defining features include a mahogany body, carved hard maple top with AAA figured maple veneer, a rounded 1959-style neck, and an aged gloss finish.
Pickups: Gibson USA Burstbucker 2 in the neck and Burstbucker 3 in the bridge.
Electronics: CTS potentiometers, Mallory capacitors and traditional 1950s-style wiring.
Neck: Mahogany with a rounded vintage '59 profile and a long neck tenon.
Body and top: Mahogany body with a carved hard maple cap and AAA figured maple veneer.
Hardware: Switchcraft selector switch and output jack, Epiphone LockTone ABR-1 bridge, and vintage-style tuners.
Finish: Aged Dark Burst, with cream binding and nickel hardware.
Included accessories: Vintage-style brown hardshell case and limited-edition metal toggle-switch backplate.
