This is the MXR Distortion+, the block-logo version made in the USA. With the block logo and no LED or power jack, it dates to MXR's 1975 to 1984 block-logo run; Dunlop's M104 reissue has both.
Output sets the volume and Distortion sets how much grit. Turned down, it is a mild, low-volume overdrive, and with both knobs cranked it gets into fuzz. It runs on a 9-volt battery inside, under the bottom plate.
Yellow. Excellent condition, shown in the photos. Comes with just the pedal, no box.
