This guitar is in super excellent condition. I'm the second owner. The first owner bought it brand new from Sweetwater years ago, but was/is more of an acoustic player and it sat in the case for years, only coming out rarely. He sold it to me. I've had it about a year-and-a-half, and sadly I've come to realize that my small hands don't work great on this period-correct neck profile. So, if you've been looking for a great condition R7, this is one you will not be disappointed you bought.

I won't list all the usual specs, which are easy to find - but I suspect you know them already if you're looking at this beauty. She weighs in at a comfortable 8.6 lbs. Truss rod work perfectly. I've got her set up on 10's with medium-low action.

For my part, it’s been well kept, home use only, non-smoking home (first owner didn’t either). Full disclosure, I did try some SD Antiquities pickups in it for a bit, but put the Custombuckers back in. I had a local luthier do all the soldering, both times. (My advice: keep the Custombuckers!) Picture of the electronics cavity is there to see.

Condition-wise, this thing is in as near perfect as you can get for an 11-year-old R7. No dings, donks, doinks, or damage. (The case has on spot where it took a little blow, about 1/2" in the center back of the case, from doing its job - pictured). The only thing I've seen on this guitar is under the front pickguard screw there is a little pressure crack from the screw being put in tight, which is common for that area on these nitro finishes (also pictured). But the pickguard covers it up. The rest... perfect. No buckle rash at all, no chips on the edges... like I said, you won't be disappointed with this one.
