A classic - TS9, the green overdrive. Reissued TS9s have been in continuous production since the early '90s and are built in Japan in the original Maxon-made enclosure.

The TS9 is the mid-hump overdrive that defines the category. It pushes a tube amp into warm, singing breakup, tightens the low end, and adds sustain and presence so your leads cut through a band. Use it as a mild overdrive, or set it the classic SRV way: Drive low, Level high, as a mid-focused boost into an already-cooking amp.
