Some sticky goo left on the top from where I had it attached to the underside of my pedalboard. I'm sure it would come off with a utility blade but may scratch the paint a little. Other than that in great condition. I needed to run some high current pedals so got a new power supply and this one has been sitting for a couple months so time to let it go.
