Deja vibe from November of 1995. Rare version with the heavy/normal switch. Must use 18V supply despite the marking on the case.
Several years back JHS Pedals was advertising to fix your pedal for $50 or something. I wish I still had the email chain. I bought it to repair and it turns out all it needed was 18V instead of 9V.
