1973 Fender Musicmaster Olympic White

Up fo sale, here is a 1973 Fender Musicmaster in Olympic White, an all original example of one of Fender’s most charming and underrated vintage models. Originally introduced in 1956 as one of Fender’s first student guitars, the Musicmaster evolved into a cult favorite among players and collectors.

By 1973 the Musicmaster had been redesigned using the Mustang offset body and neck, featuring a comfortable 24" scale with 22 frets, which makes it incredibly easy and fun to play. A single Fender single coil pickup with master volume and tone delivers a surprisingly versatile voice, clear and bell-like when played clean, with plenty of bite and attitude when pushed, perfect for recording, indie, garage rock and anything that calls for honest vintage Fender tone.

Weight is 6.8 Lbs. The guitar is all original and in Very Good+ condition, great for its age, showing the typical patina, marks of use and the characteristic discoloration of this era, with the Olympic White finish having mellowed into that warm, aged tone vintage Fender fans love. The only non-original item is a newer Fender fitted black Tolex hardshell case.

It ships out professionally packed and fully insured to Continental US and select international destinations.
