Dangerous Music BAX EQ – Pristine Condition
Offered for sale is a Dangerous Music BAX EQ in pristine cosmetic condition.
The BAX EQ is one of those rare pieces of analog outboard gear that can make a noticeable improvement to a mix or master with just a few subtle adjustments. Inspired by the classic Baxandall equalizer design, it offers beautifully smooth low- and high-frequency shelving curves, along with high-pass and low-pass filtering.
Its exceptionally broad, musical EQ curves allow you to add low-frequency weight, enhance top-end air and detail, and gently shape the overall tonal balance without making the processing sound obvious or heavy-handed.
The BAX EQ is equally at home on the stereo mix bus or in a dedicated mastering chain, where its precision controls and transparent analog circuitry make it particularly valuable.
Highlights:
- Smooth, musical Baxandall shelving equalization
- Precision stepped controls for repeatable settings
- High-pass and low-pass filters
- Transparent, high-quality analog signal path
- Excellent for stereo bus processing and mastering
- Professional 1U rackmount chassis
Condition: Absolutely pristine cosmetic condition. Exceptionally clean and carefully maintained.
A superb analog EQ for anyone looking to add that final degree of polish, depth, and openness to their mixes and masters.
