Corder Drum Co. – Vintage 9x13" Wood Marching Snare Drum – White
Here's an interesting vintage Corder Drum Co. 9x13" marching snare drum.
Corder Drum Co. was an American drum manufacturer associated with the legacy of Fibes drums. The company produced drums during the late 1970s and 1980s and is remembered for its distinctive designs and place in American drum-making history.
The drum was probably marketed as an inexpensive school marching band instrument. To be clear, this is not a high quality drum. It's pretty lightweight. The throw off is what you'd expect to find on an inexpensive student snare.
Six pairs of angular chrome lugs, a traditional snare strainer, and a deep 9" shell.
Brand: Corder Drum Co.
Size: 9x13"
Type: Marching Snare Drum
Shell: Wood, species unconfirmed
Finish: White Wrap
Hardware: Chrome
Era: Estimated 1980s
Everything works as intended. No notable issues.
