1997 Gibson '60 Dove Acoustic dreadnought Re Issue.  Fantastic Dove reissue from the Montana factory. Maple back and sides square shoulder double bound dreadnought body, Solid sitka spruce top with scalloped X-bracing. Gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish. 3-piece Maple neck with a 20fret Indian rosewood fingerboard. Mother of Pearl parallel perimeters / parallelogram inlays. Bone nut and saddle with a nut width of approx 43mm. Rosewood bridge with mother-of-pearl dove inlay accentsNickel grover tuners and the Iconic tortoiseshell-style guard with hand-painted/engraved dove artwork and floral motifs. The overall scale length is 25.5 inches (longer than the Hummingbird's 24.75-inch scale). This guitar weighs 4.9Lb or 2.22Kg. In very good condition throughout, no scratches or major dings, just general light player. The lacquer has aged beautifully and it has some very nice natural checking. Very nice player and excellent sounding Comes with the original brown tolex hardshell case.
