The Premier HTS 700 is a iconic, high-tension pipe band marching snare drum. It features a 14" x 12" birch shell, a free-floating shell design with a metal frame, and internal top and bottom snare assemblies built for crisp, high-projection articulation.
This item has some cosmetic flaws, including chipped paint, delamination of wrap and a few other minor issues. This drum is fully functional and sounds wonderful.
