This is an Epiphone 335 with some custom, boutique modifications made, as well as some set up and maintenance work done to make this guitar play just as beautifully as it looks.

To start, the original black plastic pickguard and fiber headstock veneer have been replaced with 5A quilted maple, stained and lacquered to match the gorgeous original finish.

To match the cosmetic modifications, the frets were leveled, crowned, and polished to eliminate any buzzing or other unwanted noise, so these factory stock '57 Classic Humbuckers can shine through in all their glory.

The last two photos highlight a few minor cosmetic defects that occurred in the process of changing the head veneer and refinishing the neck. These defects were highlighted in the picture for the sake of transparency, but under normal lighting any color variation is minimal, and the defects are located on the backside of the guitar.
